Dr. Pete Van Duzee is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana, graduating from New Iberia Senior High in 1994. Dr. Van Duzee earned his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science in 1998 from Louisiana State University. Dr. Pete met the love of his life, Jennifer, in 2000, and they were wed in 2002. He then pursued his love for animals in 2003 and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.
Dr. Van Duzee began practicing veterinary medicine in 2008 at Town and Country Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Pete Van Duzee and his wife, Jennifer, are the proud parents of three boys, Cole, Dawson, and Sawyer. The Van Duzee’s share their loving home with Brody, their dog. He is an active member of the AVMA, LVMA, and AAVA. He also enjoys coaching his sons in soccer and baseball.
